A1 Bakery is one of those rare Melbourne institutions that has never had to chase relevance. Since 1992, the Raji family has built something far bigger than a bakery: a warm, loud, generous meeting place grounded in Lebanese food, community and the kind of hospitality that feels like home.
They brought us in to help tell that story properly. A1 had grown into a serious hospitality business with four locations, but their digital presence needed to reflect the scale of the brand without losing the spirit that made it special in the first place. We have helped modernise the world around A1 through nostalgic, playful and heritage led content, capturing the brothers, the bakers, the energy of the stores and the food at the centre of it all.
Together, we have launched their RMIT location, built greater awareness around the brand and continued to grow their social presence in a way that feels authentic to who they are. It is about making the next-generation care about A1 just as much as the people who have been walking through those doors for decades.
