THE BRAND

Lee Ho Fook was already its own beast. Led by Victor Liong, the restaurant redefines what modern Chinese dining looks and feels like in Melbourne. It is refined without being rigid, expressive without being loud.

What makes Lee Ho Fook resonate is its clarity of vision. Every dish has a reason. Every detail is considered. The brand sits in that rare space where tradition and innovation meet, and where guests come as much for the feeling as they do for the food.

From the beginning, it was clear this was not a venue that needed to shout. The challenge was not awareness, it was articulation. How do you translate depth, restraint, and philosophy into a format built for speed and scroll?

Our approach was to focus on the why, the thinking behind the dishes, the intention behind the experience. We leaned into atmosphere, into light, into moments that felt considered rather than constructed.

The goal was not to oversell the food, but to position it as something people return to,

something familiar yet elevated. Every piece of content was built to feel like an extension of the restaurant itself.

THE RECIPE

We stripped everything back. No overproduction, no unnecessary noise. Just the right people, the right setting, and a clear creative direction.

Hero dishes were kept front of mind. The ones people talk about, the ones they come back for. We captured them in a way that felt true to how they are experienced in the space. Low light, close detail, a sense of presence.

From there, we built a cohesive digital system. Social that prioritised storytelling over trends. Paid campaigns that supported discovery without diluting the brand. Content that worked together, not in isolation. Everything had a role.
